I was researching trims last night and I did see several different ways to do the pie crust trim, which was different than this trim.
I would love to see you do a trim video. The websites I came across were not very well written and videos can REALLY help!!

I’m working on my one right now and using a Brother 4.5 standard machine. I have a similar yarn from Bernat. I tried at first to go with 120Needles, but found this yarn to be too thick for standard size machine. I started again, using Every Other Needle and 60 stitches. It’s coming out about the same dimensions as Diana’s blanket and is much quicker than doubling up to 120 stitches per triangle. Tension 7 is about perfect, but I find it needs more weights than Diana used.

It’s done on a bulky machine (9 mm). If you go to a standard machine, use about twice as many stitches & rows.

All of your videos have been very helpful and informative. I made a circle rainbow afghan in crochet when I was a teen, and I will make this one. Lovely job.
